TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The online shop shop iro.fr (hereinafter the "Site") is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet, open to any user of this network. It is published by IRO SAS company with capital of € 30 000, having its registered office at 8 rue du Mail -75002 PARIS, registered with the Register of Commerce and Companies of Paris under number B 528 471 980 Paris, VAT number FR 34528471980.
The site allows IRO SAS to offer for sale most of its products (the "products") to non-professional buyers to consumers who are over 18 years old and have full legal capacity (hereinafter "Customers").
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the IRO SAS and customers looking to purchase or browse the website. Any order for a product offered on the Website implies full membership of the Client to these Terms.
In case of modification of these Terms, the Terms apply are those in effect at the date of order.
The site has been declared to the CNIL n ° 1524743.
THE CUSTOMER
To be a customer of the Site you must be a consumer, adult individual and legally capable. The customer will, at its first order on the site, open an account and fill out an order form containing certain fields so that its order for products to be taken into account by IRO.
Information provided to IRO as part of the opening of his account or on each of its orders must be complete, accurate and current. IRO may, if necessary, ask the customer for confirmation, by any means, of this information and identity.

ORDER
Steps :
Taking orders on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by IRO. This takes the form of a series of succeeding screen pages indicating the steps to be taken by the customers to complete their purchase.
The customer will have the opportunity, before confirming their order, to verify your order details and the total price, and correct any possible errors, before confirming and expressing its acceptance.
The verification of the command:
IRO will have the right to fight against the parallel flow of products, to refuse any order exceeding the number of authorized products: 15 products maximum.
IRO agrees to fulfill orders received within the limits of available stocks and in case of unavailability to inform the Client by any means whatsoever, the Customer may cancel the order and then be refunded, where appropriate, amounts already paid.
IRO will also be entitled to refuse any order placed by a customer with whom a dispute exists in connection with the payment of a former order as well as any order that is not compliant with these general terms of sale.
In such cases, IRO will inform the customer by phone or by e mail. Unless the the customer contacts us to correct the error of the non compliance with these general terms of sale, IRO reserves the right not to process the order.
The confirmation of the order:
Once you have validated your order, IRO will promptly confirm receipt by sending you an e-mail to the address provided to us. In that aim, you formally accept the use of e-mail by IRO to confirm the content of your order.
This confirmation e-mail will include all of the information provided by you, as well as the accepted price and terms of payment with an indication, as the case may be, of any possible difficulties or reservations in respect of the order.
For each product, you will also receive, upon delivery, written confirmation of the price paid and of the shipping costs applicable to you.
However, for orders placed on the Site, it is recommended that you also keep a copy (in electronic format and/or in paper format) of the details in connection with your order (for example, the confirmation e-mail sent by IRO.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
All countries will be charged in Euros. Prices include all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs.
The prices charged to the customer are those in effect at the date of order.
Customers are solely liable and accept liability for the payment of any such costs for the entry of the products ordered into the territory of delivery.
Refusing to pay custom duties and import taxes involves order cancellation and order reimbursement. Delivery costs and Custom clearance costs possibly paid by IRO to call back the product will be deduced from the reimbursed amount.
For payments by credit card (Visa, Euro card, MasterCard and American Express), the client must be the holder of the credit card used, access a dedicated space made available by a banking establishment which ensures the security and recording of the payment order.Cheque payments are not accepted.
The customer is informed that in order to fight against internet fraud, a check will be conducted with relevant banking institutions and organizations, when asked via the company CM CIC payment. This company will be responsible for storage and automatic processing of information for each order including credit card details in a secure environment. The occurrence of unpaid invoices due to fraudulent use of a credit card will cause the registration of personal data in connection with the command associated with this unpaid within a file "payment incident" implemented by Payment by CM CIC. In the same context, a communication by the client information and any irregular irregularities in the order may also be subject to special treatment by CM CIC payment.
In the event that, for any reason (opposition, refusal of the transmitting center ...), the flow of money owed by the customer proves impossible, the order will not be recorded by IRO and will be entitled to cancel any order when the client IP address will be domiciled in a country different from the delivery address.
DELIVERY
DELIVERY BY TNT 48Hours, FRANCE, MONACO, and CORSICA:
Delivery is made by IRO at the delivery address specified by the customer, with the stipulation that it must be the home address of the client or any other person of his choice domiciled. Customer will have the ability to track the parcel with tracking number that will be sent by email when sending the order.

UPS DELIVERY :
Delivery is made by IRO at the delivery address specified by the customer, with the stipulation that it must be the home address of the client or any other person of his choice domiciled in one of the following territories: Dom , United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Brazil, Switzerland, Norway, Lichtenstein, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Monaco, Poland, Malta, United Arab Emirates. Once the order is confirmed, you will no longer be able to change the delivery address.
Customer will have the ability to track the parcel with tracking number that will be sent by email when sending the order.
If delivery is required outside of these territories, IRO may agree to deliver, but the customer will have to bear all potential duties, taxes and other official charges as well as the costs of customs formalities payable due to the importation of products in the country where delivery is requested. A signature will be required upon delivery of any package. In the territories mentioned above, the delivery takes place within a maximum of 5 working days of perfect payment is received by IRO.
To ensure that these deadlines are met, the customer must ensure that submitted information for accurate and complete delivery address (such as, for example: no street, building, stairs, access codes, names and / or intercom numbers, etc.)...Inaccurate information may indeed lead to further delays in delivery or forwarding.
Outside the territories listed above, it is recalled that the delivery may be delayed until the customs formalities and charges have not been paid by the client, it accepts. Transportation costs and customs clearance may be paid by IRO to recall the order will be deducted from the amount refunded. RETURNS
Customers have a right of cancellation, without having to indicate the reasons for such cancellation, within a cooling-off period of seven (7) clear days from receipt of the products ordered. You can return your item with the return form.
Customers also have the possibility of contacting our customer service department by e-mail: contact.eshop@iro.fr for any additional information. Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (together with any accessories, notice, warranty etc.), accompanied by a copy of the documents attached to the order, to the following address: IRO (ESHOP) LOT 12 - 100 Avenue du Géneral Leclerc - 93692 PANTIN.
No refunds will be made for products that are returned incomplete, damaged, altered, deteriorated or soiled as a result of the customer.
Customers are responsible for the cost and the safe return of the product. We recommend that customers keep proof of the return, implying a return by registered letter or by any other means which provides a record of the date of delivery.
Unless you have opted for a product exchange or store credit, we will refund you for the full price invoiced (cost of initial shipment included) for the products returned, by crediting the credit card used by you, no later than thirty days following the date of exercise of the right of cancellation. However, in case of partial exercise of the right of cancellation covering only a portion of an order comprising several products, IRO will not be able to make a full refund of the shipping costs initially billed to you.
WARRANTIES
IRO is responsible for the lack of conformity of product to control and hidden defects in accordance with articles 1641 and 1649 of the Civil Code. Pursuant to Order No.2005-136 of 17 February 2005, the aforementioned articles of the Civil Code and sections of the Consumer Code relating to the guarantee of consumer goods are contained in these Terms.
For non-compliant products delivered by IRO to shipping addresses outside the territory of the European Union, the customer agrees to indicate, by any means, to customs that it is a return non-compliant products.
Statutory warranties:
Regardless of any specific warranty terms extended to customers with the product delivered, all IRO products sold on the Site are subject to the following statutory warranties:
Article L.211-4 of the French Consumer Code: “The vendor is required to deliver a product that complies with the contract and shall be liable for any non-compliances existing upon delivery. The vendor shall also be liable for non-compliances resulting from the packaging, the assembly or installation instructions where the vendor is liable under the contract for assembly/installation or where it was carried out under the vendor’s responsibility.”
Article L.211-5 of the French Consumer Code: “To comply with the contract, the product must:
1. Be fit for the use normally expected of an item of its type and, where appropriate: correspond to the description given by the vendor and have all the qualities presented to the purchaser by the vendor in the form of a sample or model; have the qualities that a purchaser can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the vendor, producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling; or
2. Have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be fit for all special uses sought by the purchaser which the vendor was made aware of and accepted »
Article L.211-12 of the French Consumer Code: “Legal action based on non-compliance is time-barred two years after the delivery of the product.”
Article L.211-13 of the French Consumer Code: “The provisions of this section do not deprive the purchaser of the right to bring an action on account of exhibitory defects as provided for in Articles 1641 through 1649 of the Civil Code or any other action of a contractual or extra contractual nature to which the purchaser is entitled under the law.”
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: “The vendor is subject to the warranty against hidden defects in the sold product rendering it unfit for its intended use, or which so impair such use that the purchaser would not have bought it or would have paid a lower price, had the purchaser been aware of the defect(s)”.
Article 1648 (1) of the Civil Code: “The action based on exhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within a period of two years following discovery of the defect. »
